Salary Range: £36,000 - £40,000 per year

Bonus Scheme: Monthly

Location: London Office based

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Your Focus

  • Driving New Business: Proactively identify and engage with potential business customers across the UK and EU through outbound prospecting.

  • Building a Strong Pipeline: Research, build, and maintain high-quality lead lists using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Qualifying Opportunities: Uncover customer needs and project timelines to qualify prospects for our Business Account Managers (BAMs).

  • Executing High-Volume Outreach: Consistently reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels, focusing on high activity and meaningful conversations.

  • Collaborating Strategically: Work with the EU Head of Sales to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

  • Supporting the Sales Team: Provide BAMs with qualified leads and essential context to ensure a smooth and successful handover.


Your Skills as a B2B Sales Professional

  • Sales Expertise: Proven success in B2B sales focused roles, including lead generation and new business development. You understand the full sales cycle and can drive results across various industries (including but not exclusive to, commercial, channel, start-up, recruitment, ecommerce or construction sectors).

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Management: You're skilled at proactive research and outreach, consistently building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.

  • Communication & Objection Handling: You excel at engaging with customers across phone, email, and video. You are an active listener and can professionally handle rejection and creatively overcome objections to secure commitment.

  • Self-Motivation & Drive: You're resilient with a positive approach, fuelling your drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your goals and business impact..

  • Time Management: You expertly manage a high volume of daily activities (calls, emails, and follow-ups) to maintain momentum and progress your pipeline efficiently.

  • Tech Proficiency: You are competent with technology and have a strong command of CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot). You're also adept at using sales prospecting tools (such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to enhance your workflow.
