About the Team 

Our Sales Development team plays a crucial role in driving new business growth within the O'Reilly sales funnel. Using innovative tools and strategies, individuals are responsible for generating qualified leads by actively prospecting and reaching out to potential customers through various channels like cold calling, email, and social media. As the first point of contact, our dynamic team helps spread the knowledge of innovators, creating meaningful connections along the way.

We provide a structured training program that supports your professional growth, helping you sharpen your sales skills while working in an environment that values learning and development. As part of our long-term development program, you’ll build a strong foundation in sales and have clear pathways for advancing into more senior roles within the company. About the Role 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting the EMEA region, focusing on France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Scandinavia territory in a fully remote capacity, you’ll play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to O’Reilly’s innovative learning solutions. Your work will empower businesses and individuals to achieve their learning and professional goals.

What You’ll Do 
  • Perform personalized account and contact research to identify relevant, high-value prospects
  • Craft strategic and compelling outbound messaging across email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Partner with Account Executives to build qualified pipeline and move opportunities through early funnel stages
  • Continuously test outreach messaging, templates, and sequences to improve conversion rates Share best practices with team members and contribute to our culture of experimentation and growth
What You’ll Have 

Required: 
  • 1+ year of sales development or related experience (B2B)
  • Experience prospecting within mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Confidence in outbound Multi-Channel Prospecting: phone, email, and social, no fear of picking up the phone
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for learning and curiosity that aligns with O’Reilly’s value
  • Language Requirements: Professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoke) is essential for this role as you will be communicating with customers across France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Scandinavia.
  • Location requirement: Candidates must be located in United Kingdom. 

Preferred:
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Gong
  • Familiarity with an E-Learning platform is a plus
