Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, client communications, and coordination of sales activities. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations between internal departments and clients, helping to drive revenue growth and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage sales-related activities to support the sales team.

  • Prepare and process sales documentation, quotations, contracts, and reports.

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and follow up on pending matters.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of sales presentations and proposals.

  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

  • Support in organizing sales events, trade shows, and meetings when necessary.

  • Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role.

  • Previous experience working in multinational corporations or fast-paced industries is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Occasional flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
