Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, assessing needs and making project product recommendations.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer service experience by being knowledgeable on product applications and offerings.
  • Make local deliveries to jobsites and customers in Company vehicle
  • Order processing, accurate tinting and shaking of paint, product and pricing inquiries.
  • Inventory processes, receiving duties; putting away, rotating stock, etc.
  • Participate in keeping the store organized, clean, tidy, and inviting
  • All other store operational duties as assigned
  • Demonstrate respectful and inclusive treatment of others which embodies our Workplace Fairness program; possess a collaborative and positive attitude

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and pass required pre-employment background screens
  • Present & maintain a valid driver's license & acceptable DMVR
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures, PPE rules, and COVID-19 store protocols.
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent; basic mathematical skills, fully conversant, speaking and listening.
  • Punctual attendance required; scheduling must remain flexible & available
  • The work environment consists of physical conditions typical of a retail store.
  • Full-physical mobility is required to perform this job; constant standing and ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs. with assistance.
