Route Delivery Driver – Oahu Area | Honolulu, HI

Pono Path Logistics is looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates serving communities across Oahu.

We are a locally operated logistics company built on reliability, safety, and respect for the communities we serve. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and taking pride in providing dependable service.

Our delivery associates are responsible for ensuring packages reach homes and businesses safely and on time throughout the island.

Compensation & Work Schedule

Hourly Pay: $26.25 – $30.25

Leadership Track Opportunities: $35–$45 hourly equivalent or potential salary roles for team members who demonstrate strong performance and leadership ability.

Typical schedule includes:

  • 4–5 working days per week
  • Approximately 30–50 hours per week for full-time employees
  • Shifts averaging 8-10 hours
  • Overtime opportunities during busy delivery periods

Key Duties

  • Operate a company delivery van safely along assigned routes
  • Organize packages within the vehicle to ensure efficient deliveries
  • Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Oahu
  • Use a handheld device for route navigation and package scanning
  • Follow company safety standards and driving guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer interactions
  • Complete deliveries efficiently within a structured route schedule

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable driving in urban and residential areas across Oahu
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
