Your Responsibilities
This is a part-time hourly role.

As a Sales Associate, your mission is to align with customers' needs and deliver personalized solutions. You will be the initial point of contact for customers entering our stores, entrusted with advising, selling, and recommending products.

When not assisting customers, you will manage product restocking, maintain visual merchandising, process online orders, and perform cleaning tasks. In this significant role, you will embody our brand by promoting the "Live Well" philosophy to our customers.

  • Warmly greet each customer entering the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Engage genuinely with customers to recommend suitable products, using your comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Strive to meet and surpass individual and store sales and productivity targets.
  • Accurately and promptly fulfill online orders according to company procedures.
  • Expand your product knowledge by learning about features and benefits and staying informed on nutritional and wellness trends.
  • Assist store management in duties like opening, closing, cash handling, inventory checks, and maintaining store aesthetics.

Physical Demands and Schedule

  • Ability to stand or walk for eight-hour shifts.
  • Regular reaching, bending, and twisting above shoulders and below waist.
  • Frequent hand-to-finger motions and arm reach.
  • Often required to lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
  • Capable of climbing ladders.
  • Exposure to temperatures between 50 and 85 degrees, particularly in storage areas.
  • Use of computers for up to 60% of the workday.

Sales Associates should exemplify dependability and flexibility by adapting to varied work hours to suit store demands. Expected availabilities include:

  • Early morning or late-night shifts for store opening or closing.
  • Availability on peak shopping days/hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Working all major U.S. holidays when the store is open.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
