Retail Manager - Pet Supplies

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our pet supplies shop. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident working independently and passionate about providing excellent service to customers and their pets.
You will be responsible for managing the store on your own, ensuring the shop operates smoothly, customers receive helpful advice, and stock levels are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the pet supplies shop
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Offer advice on pet products and supplies
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and merchandising
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming shop environment
• Handle cash, payments, and end-of-day procedures
• Ensure the store is well stocked and visually appealing
• Receiving and re-stacking deliveries


Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment (Pet supplies advantageous)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy

Tuesday – Friday 10am – 6pm
