Remote US Global Capabilities Product Model Intern

*This role is 100% remote anywhere in the US* Role Summary The Global Capabilities Product Model team is working to transform through several important initiatives to improve how we understand and support customers across their journeys. We are seeking a motivated, curious (paid) intern to support these efforts during the May–September timeframe. This role is designed for someone currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree program who enjoys organizing information, solving problems, and helping teams run smoother while learning how customer insights and experience design come to life inside a biopharma company. Throughout the summer, the intern will also lead a focused project related to the transformation and present their findings and recommendations to leadership at the end of the internship. Team: Business Operations and Analytics Type: Internship (Full‑time, Summer, May - Sept) Location: 100% Remote  Reports to: Business Operations Planning Lead Pay: Flexible depending on education level, etc. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Analytics, Human‑Centered Design, Public Health, or similar), Master's degree or PhD.
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in customer experience, research, problem‑solving, or healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working on school or internship projects involving research, mapping, or analysis.
  • Familiarity with agile, design thinking, or customer experience concepts (not required).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Support Transformation Activities

  • Assist with ongoing initiatives by helping collect information, document needs, and summarize progress.
  • Support planning and coordination for workshops, interviews, or work sessions.
  • Capture notes, organize outputs, and maintain project trackers.
Analysis, Slides & Project Materials

  • Help build simple analyses, charts, or summaries based on project needs.
  • Create PowerPoint slides for updates, workshops, or leadership discussions.
  • Contribute to experience measurement reporting or project scorecards.
End‑of‑Summer Project & Leadership Presentation

  • Work with the team to define a meaningful summer project tied to the transformation.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize insights to support your project.
  • Create a final presentation and present recommendations to cross‑functional leaders.
