We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist (LPC, LCSW) to join our specialized mental health services team. This position offers the ideal flexibility of part time or full time hours with the convenience for candidates personal schedule. The ideal candidate will seek to hone in on an area of specialization for mental health treatment and offer current best practices for specific area as well as provide general mental health treatment. The candidate will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and clinical counseling to applicable populations, including children, adults, and seniors. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies via telehealth services. The Therapist will play a vital role in supporting patients' mental health and well-being through expert assessment, intervention, and case management.

Duties

  • Conduct patient assessments, including intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide individual therapy idealing specializing in a particular area of treatment (i.e. eating disorders, Trauma etc.) and able to display proficiency in their therapeutic modality
  • Reliably and effectively communicate with clients to maintain therapeutic relationship, scheduling, and any on going care involved in treatment
  • Documentation: complete intake biopsychosocial assessments, maintain client insurance compliant progress notes for session, treatment planning, any medical documentation needed, and adherence to medical terminology standards. All clinical documentation encounters accurately maintained within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations provided within the practice.
  • Collaborate when necessary with to develop personalized treatment plans and case management strategies as well as assisted outreach for caseload growth of applicable.
  • Stay current with best practices in mental health counseling, addiction counseling, social work principles, and psychopharmacology when applicable

Requirements

  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Proven experience in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or behavioral health settings
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and medical records management
  • Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop effective treatment plans
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 25 per week
