[Remote] Senior Salesforce Developer – STMD CRM & Digital Front Door

The Senior Salesforce Developer will support the design, development, integration, and sustainment of Salesforce-based capabilities for STMD's CRM implementation and Digital Front Door initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise architecture.


Responsibilities

  • Salesforce custom code and configurations (Apex, LWC, Flows)
  • Integration components and interfaces
  • Technical design documentation and solution diagrams
  • Deployment and release artifacts
  • Support for system testing, UAT, and production releases
  • Knowledge transfer and technical documentation

Skills

  • Advanced experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative development
  • Experience working in multi-tenant or shared Salesforce environments
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and role-based access controls
  • Experience working within agile software development teams
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification
  • Experience supporting CRM implementations in federal or large enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar front-end capabilities
  • Experience working with enterprise IT governance and OCIO-led platforms
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
