[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect with prospects, conduct cold calls, and contribute to the growth of the organization's new business pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to engage healthcare decision-makers
  • Identify potential customers, identify problems we can solve, and qualify prospects based on fit and needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our healthcare tech solutions and address common objections
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, conversations, and lead progress in Salesforce
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales funnel
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to tailor outreach efforts effectively

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be located within Eastern or Central time zones
  • Ability to demonstrate robust knowledge of and passion for sales
  • Confident, strong and energetic phone presence to engage prospects and peak interest
  • Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejection, as well as meet goals
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Cold outreach experience
