[Remote] Membership Retention Agent

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AAA Auto Club Enterprises is the largest club within the national AAA federation, with nearly 17,000 employees serving over 18 million members. They are seeking a Membership Retention Agent who will make outbound calls to lapsed members to renew memberships and maintain knowledge of membership products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Using a predictive dialing tool, call lapsed members in California, Hawaii, New Mexico and Texas to generate a renewed membership
  • Invoice memberships sold and process payments
  • Maintain up-to-date, working knowledge of membership products, features and benefits
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
  • Work focuses on the ability to sell memberships. During the sales process, obstacles and conflicts can arise requiring the ability to multi-task and quickly provide solutions to various issues. Occasionally matters need to be referred to supervision for resolution

Skills

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Professional communication skills required, both written and oral
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and assignments required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel required
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years sales experience preferred
