[Remote] Global HR Coordinator (6 month contract | EST hours required)

They are seeking a Global HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Global People Team, primarily in U.S. benefits administration, interview scheduling, and HR data management. Responsibilities • Administer U.S. employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401k, life, disability, leave management) • Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit inquiries • Support open enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefits renewals • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations • Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones and departments • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation • Support new hire setup and orientation logistics • Ensure new hire data is accurately entered into HRIS and payroll systems • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and personnel files • Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and pay changes • Support global HR initiatives and programs (engagement, performance, compliance, etc.) • Assist with HR documentation, communications, and process improvements • Provide administrative support for ad hoc HR and People projects Skills • 2+ years of HR coordination or administrative experience • Experience with U.S. benefits administration and HR operations • Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Excellent communication and follow-through • Proficiency with HRIS and productivity tools • Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones • Global or fast-paced environment preferred • arenaflex Workspace, JIRA, Workday preferred Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401k • Life • Disability • Leave management Company Overview • IXOPAY provides digital payment processing solutions enabling independent, flexible and global payment processing for enterprise merchants.
