[Remote] Enterprise Sales Specialist/ Platform Sales

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive net new business growth and build a strong enterprise sales pipeline across industries. This role is critical in accelerating adoption of AI-first platforms, delivering high impact solutions to enterprise clients, and positioning Infosys as a trusted advisor in AI and digital transformation.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust enterprise sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and target high-value enterprise clients across key verticals including:
  • Finance
  • Insurance
  • Manufacturing
  • Own and manage goals aligned to TCV, Revenue, and Deal Margin
  • Lead sales initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand market share
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level opportunities
  • Negotiate and close mid-segment, complex, multi-year contracts
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-size enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships to drive net-new business and renewals
  • Establish deep relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Provide market and customer insights to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Convert new accounts for IP and services revenue from a defined Target Account List

Skills

  • 15+ years of experience selling multiple software products and AI platforms with hunting mindset
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with strong focus on TCV or revenue-based metrics
  • Strong expertise in enterprise deal structuring and negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
  • 5+ years of experience leading a software or technology sales team
  • Preferred experience selling: RPA & Automation
  • Preferred experience selling: Document Digitization
  • Preferred experience selling: AI-driven Supply Chain or Enterprise AI Applications
