This role is a new role in the company and has limitless opportunities to make an impact while contributing to the success of the business. As an Implementation Partner (Dental Operations Coach) for our Mastermind Members you will be working alongside the CEO and leadership to set up and create an environment for each member to master the Dental Business Operating System to create alignment and gain traction in their business. Your role is critical because you will help each member develop the skills to start making imperative business decisions and go from Dentist to Dental Entrepreneur. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our mastermind members through helping them implement the EOS model. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate has worked as a Dental Operations Manager and has been the catalyst for growth in team development, clinical operations, and driving patient satisfaction that has led to consistent $10 million dollars in revenue. You will be successful if you have experience in implementing change through leadership principles, business strategy, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, and people management. About You: • 3+ years of experience as a Dental Operations Manager or Dental General Manager in multi-7-figure or 8-figure offices • Created strategic business plans to ensure the dental business hit its goal and ensured that the business plan is executed effectively and that the company achieved its goals and objective • Experience as a Trained or Certified Coach as an EOS Implementer or similar programs • Easily builds rapport with other entrepreneurs and is dedicated to the success of their business • Ability to adapt to the changes within each member’s business and provide quick solutions that will drive impactful results • Committed to each Mastermind Member’s Vision by using the EOS Framework to direct them and proactively provide solutions • Able to take ownership with minimal supervision and uphold confidentiality • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Available for 20+ hours per week, M-F between the hours of 9 am- 6 pm Pacific • Handled the operational aspects of the business, making sure that all the departments are working together efficiently.
