[Remote] Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will support reporting and analysis across Marketing, Sales, and Operations, focusing on data pipeline development, reporting automation, and visualization while also engaging in strategic and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the weekly reporting suite leadership uses to make resource and revenue decisions
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI that track KPIs across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Build and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sales and marketing platforms, ensuring clean, timely inputs for reporting and analytics
  • Write and optimize complex queries for accurate, reliable data outputs
  • Design and implement data models that support scalable, consistent reporting across the organization
  • Establish data governance procedure and documentation standards according to best practices
  • Translate data findings into clear stakeholder reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate and improve existing regression-based lead scoring models
  • Translate model outputs into actionable recommendations for marketing and strategy teams
  • Build and maintain tools for media optimizations, audience targeting, and event planning

Skills

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • 0-3 years' experience SQL, including coursework — complex queries, schema design, normalization, and optimization
  • Experience in Python, R, SPSS or comparable analytical platform
  • Dashboard experience in Tableau or Power BI
  • Clear communicator with technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Strategic curiosity — interested in how data connects to business outcomes
  • Background in marketing analytics, lead generation, or revenue operations
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation or conversion analysis
  • Relational database design experience beyond query writing
  • BI tool administration or reporting automation experience
  • Prior experience evaluating or improving existing analytical models
