[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain acceptable production levels as set by management
  • Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers
  • Provide high level of customer service and empathy
  • Have a strong ability to ask probing questions, to discover the wants, interests and needs of our customers
  • Have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations
  • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems
  • Participate in ongoing training and self-development
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of procedures, product information and online resource tools
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhere to all company time and attendance policies
  • Participate in activities designed to improve business performance
  • Ensure that all quality targets are met and maintained

Skills

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
  • A strong heart and mind for servicing others
  • Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
  • Must be comfortable being on web camera
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently assist customers
