In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring our customers derive ongoing value from our platform. You will manage various customer renewals, identify growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction at every stage of their journey. Working collaboratively across departments like Customer Success, Revenue, and Marketing, your organizational and communication skills will help deliver a smooth customer experience.
