Xynergy Power is hiring experienced Remote Call Center Crew across the US. This position is designed for a disciplined, performance-driven call center crew who can manage outbound and inbound calls independently while working within a structured, well-supported system.

Compensation Structure

  • $18–$25 per hour (W-2)
  • Plus commission
  • Estimated total monthly earnings: $5,000–$12,000 (based on performance)

About the Role

We’re hiring experienced Remote Call Center Crew Members with a background in solar call centers to support our U.S.-based operations. This role is performance-driven and ideal for candidates who are confident on the phone, understand solar lead qualification, and can consistently hit call and booking targets.

Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to warm and/or cold leads for solar appointments
· Qualify homeowners and book solar consultations
· Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines
· Accurately log call outcomes in CRM
· Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets
· Represent the brand professionally on every call

Qualifications

· U.S.-based candidates only
· Proven experience in a Solar Call Center (required)
· Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
· Confident phone presence and objection handling
· Reliable internet connection + quiet home workspace
· Ability to work independently and hit performance goals
