[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Insight Pest Solutions is the fastest growing residential home service company in Canada, and they are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. The role involves delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving inquiries and complaints, and managing CRM systems to strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver first-class customer experiences answering questions and providing information in response to concerns and requests
  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the clients’ business
  • Investigate, probe, and resolve inquiries and complaints
  • Update appropriate databases as required
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and databases
  • Complete outbound calls to clients on an as needed basis
  • Liaise with the appropriate department representatives to address any customer concerns or inquiries
  • Ensure all requests comply with existing policies and procedures prior to processing
  • Enjoy fast-paced days full of problem solving by connecting with client calls
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor as, and when, required

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience working in a call centre environment
  • Self motivated individuals who are able to work with little supervision
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic and professional towards customers
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Possesses an eagerness to learn and work in a team setting
  • Robust ability to problem solve under pressure and seek support when appropriate
  • Must be proficient in both French and English

  • Disciplined work ethic - a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Individual headset equipment is preferred
  • Access to a personal laptop and/or computer
  • Internet Download Speed of 50 Mbps or greater
  • Internet Upload Speed of 15 Mbps or greater
  • Connection has less than 100ms of latency (ping)
  • Hotspots, dial-up and wireless connectivity are not acceptable connections
