  • Works closely with clinicians, product managers, UX designers, engineers, and operations teams to turn insights into action
  • Leads behavioral science for a flagship program accelerating quickly across the health system

Skills

  • Masters in behavioral science, psychology, behavioral economics, implementation science, or a related field
  • 8 years recent relevant experience
  • Strong applied behavioral science experience, including digital health, chronic condition management, or remote patient monitoring
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement behavior-change interventions in real-world, fast-moving environments
  • Strong experience analyzing behavioral and engagement data, identifying insights, and creating clear action plans for iteration
