Greetings from Conch Technologies Inc Position: AI Domain Expert Evaluator Gaming Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 3+ Months Contract + About the Role: We are looking for passionate, highly analytical gamers to help train and
evaluate the next generation of Artificial Intelligence. As an AI Gaming Specialist, you will
review, rate, and correct AI-generated responses related to video games. Your expertise will
ensure our models understand gaming mechanics, lore, esports, and culture accurately, safely,
and helpfully. If you love dissecting game metas, reading patch notes, and have excellent writing
skills, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate AI Output: Read prompts and multiple AI-generated responses related to video games, ranking them based on accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and formatting.
Fact-Checking: Meticulously verify game lore, mechanical interactions, release dates, and hardware requirements to identify AI "hallucinations" (made-up facts).
Write Justifications: Provide clear, concise, and articulate written explanations for why one AI response is better than another.
Red Teaming (Optional): Attempt to safely "break" the AI by prompting it with complex, edge-case gaming scenarios to test its boundaries.
Required Qualifications:
Deep Gaming Expertise: Extensive knowledge across multiple gaming genres (e.g., RPGs, FPS, MOBAs, Strategy, Tabletop) or elite-level knowledge in a specific niche (e.g., competitive esports, speedrunning, fighting game frame data).
Exceptional Written Communication: Native-level fluency in English with the ability to explain complex gaming concepts clearly to non-gamers.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just play games; you understand how they work (systems, balancing, metas).
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot subtle errors in a wall of text. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in QA testing, game journalism, wiki moderation, or creating gaming guides/content.
