From secure English language testing (the Oxford ELLT and Spotlight) to fully online academic preparation programmes (Pre-Sessional English), we equip students worldwide for global success. <br><br> </div><div> <br><strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong><br> </div><div>We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager in Mexico to lead our growth and partnerships strategy in the region, promoting and selling OIDI's product suite (Oxford ELLT, Spotlight, Pre-Sessional English, GE, Business English, Foundation/Year 1, Pre-Masters among others). This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with education agents, consultants, schools, and B2B partners, primarily in Mexico, with potential support across Colombia and other key Latin American markets.<br><br>This is a remote role for a candidate based in Mexico. You will possess a strong network in the education industry, particularly in international student recruitment, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.</div><br><br><h3>Main Duties and Responsibilities</h3><div><br></div><ul> <li>Develop and execute regional strategic plans to achieve sales targets for OIDI's product suite (Oxford ELLT, Spotlight, Pre-Sessional English, GE, Business English, Foundation/Year 1, Pre-Masters among others) and expand our agent network in Latin America.</li> <li>Manage and nurture relationships with existing agents, ensuring their ongoing engagement and success.</li> <li>Identify and onboard new agency partners, delivering training and sales enablement support. </li> <li>Drive sales of OIDI’s product suite through educational agent channels, as well as identifying other sales opportunities through other channels (local schools, universities, teacher associations, etc.)</li> <li>Represent OIDI at industry events, fairs, and conferences to promote our offerings and build brand awareness.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to tailor marketing materials and campaigns for the Latin American market.</li> <li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and agent interactions in the CRM system.</li> <li>Report on KPIs and pipeline forecasts to senior leadership.</li> </ul><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Person Specifications</h3><div> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><br> </div><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.</li> <li>Significant experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li> <li>Strong understanding of international student recruitment processes.</li> <li>Strong network of educational agents within Latin American </li> <li>Strong connections with local schools and government bodies in Latam is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Fluency in English and Spanish.</li> <li>Ability to travel within the region as required.</li> <li>Based in Mexico and legally authorised to work.</li> </ul><div> <br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br><br><br> </div><ul> <li>Experience working with educational agents and understanding of the international student recruitment process.</li> <li>Familiarity with digital education platforms and online learning solutions.</li> <li>Experience with English testing</li> <li>Knowledge of cultural nuances and business practices in Latin America.</li> <li>Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).</li> </ul><br><br><h3>Disclaimer</h3><div> <br><strong>This job description is provided as a guide to the role.
