Regional Product Specialist – FLS EXCEL Foundry & Machine, Australia & Southeast Asia

Location: Perth, Brisbane or other location in Australia

About the Role

Product Specialist in Australia and Southeast Asia. The Excel product specialists team works closely with FLS site account management team to convert opportunities across the multi-brand installed base. This includes training, sales visits, undercarriage audits, and any additional support needed.

This role is ideal for a technically strong service sales professional who understands crushing equipment, enjoys working directly with customers, and can collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.

What You’ll DoGrow the Business
  • Develop and expand the EXCEL parts business by partnering with the FLS sales team

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy established by the product head by driving accountability and focus with the FLS sales team partners

  • Identify and improve any issues identified by sales in our market support

Sales & Financial Accountability
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

  • Identify market needs based on customer and sales feedback

Channel Collaboration
  • Work closely with Australian and Southeast Asian sales team and customers to develop service opportunities and win orders.

  • Support and enable site account managers and customers with technical guidance, service offerings, and sales support.

  • Serve as the escalation point for spares opportunities and customer issues.

Technical & Commercial Support
  • Support FLS and direct Excel sales with internal and customer training

  • Frequent site visits to maintain market presence

  • Identify portfolio growth needs based on customer and sales feedback

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure a smooth process from quotation through job completion.

  • Act as the commercial link between customers, site account managers, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For
  • Technical and commercial background with experience supporting the mining industry

  • Proven experience in service, aftermarket sales and distribution and presentation/training skills

  • Strong understanding of crusher components and wear parts

  • Comfortable taking ownership while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Willingness to travel to customer and distributor sites as needed.
