Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist – Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Interview Coordination

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our company hire new team members across several departments.

This role will focus on actively sourcing candidates, managing job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with our internal team.

We want someone who can go beyond posting job ads and proactively reach out to qualified candidates using tools like Indeed Smart Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other platforms

• Use Indeed Smart Sourcing and similar tools to actively reach out to potential candidates

• Review and evaluate incoming applications

• Conduct initial candidate screening calls

• Present qualified candidates to our internal team

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Track candidates through the hiring pipeline

• Help improve our recruiting process and job descriptions

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

• Experience with Indeed Smart Sourcing or proactive candidate outreach

• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills

• Organized and able to manage multiple open roles

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience recruiting for operations, warehouse, customer service, or e-commerce roles is a plus
