Receptionist/Office Coordinator - Entertainment

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join a fast-paced and creative entertainment company based in London on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about front-of-house work and is looking to build a long-term career as a receptionist within a dynamic industry.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests

  • Managing the reception desk and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails

  • Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting internal teams with bookings

  • Handling deliveries, post, and general office administration

  • Supporting the wider office with ad hoc administrative tasks

  • Ensuring reception and communal areas are kept organised and presentable

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
