Reception Team Leader

Would you like to be based at the Manchester offices of one of the largest international banks in the world?!

We are looking for a Reception (Front of House) Team Leader to supervise our amazing welcome team, ensuring this prestigious bank remains a market leader for positive visitor experience and service excellence. 

The role of the Team Leader is to supervise and develop the team to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Client's business which includes visitors, clients and internal stakeholders.

Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £33,762

Please note that this is 9-month maternity leave contract.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude, with the ability to set the example, supervise and develop a large, diverse team and promote change. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously. 

Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential. Preferably, within a similar environment.
