Moscow Family Eye Care (MFEC) is looking for a dedicated Pullman Office Lead to join our rapidly growing ophthalmology and optometry practice.

Pullman Family Eye Care Lead – Ophthalmology and Optometry Practice

Organized, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Our busy optometry/ophthalmology practice is looking for an Office Lead to keep our operations running smoothly and our patients smiling.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow
  • Lead and support a team of front desk and back office technicians
  • Ensure exceptional patient experiences from check-in to check-out
  • Optical Sales and management of inventory
  • Collaborate with the Administrator to maintain a high standard of care

  • Proven experience in a leadership role (healthcare or optometry preferred)

  • Proficiency with scheduling and practice management software

Location & Schedule

  • Primarily based in our Pullman office at 560 SE Bishop Blvd, but occasional shifts in our Moscow location may be required.
  • Full-time position (30-40 hours per week) with occasional overtime during busy periods.
