  • Re-Newing - Core Processes & KPIs - Re-newing the core processes that make up their business in alignment with the Vision and goals. Establishing Vital numbers, KPIs, that are meaningful and drive the most impact for the business.
  • Re-Organize - Systems & Management - Re-Organizing their current systems and the way they manage themselves. Creating accountability through weekly meetings and staying on track for their 90 day goals and primary impact drivers(KPIs) for the business.

Currently our business is entering into a growth and scaling stage. We are looking for someone who wants to help us take our Core 4 formula and create a system that can be scaled to many businesses simultaneously. This person should be great with structures, systems, and bringing order to projects. This person needs to have high integrity, is discerning, questions things, and is slower to commit but when they do commit they see the project all the way through to the end. This person needs to be great at systematic follow through. They want order and procedure and are good at looking at situations and noticing patterns and creating procedures from these patterns. They have sustained execution, are a doer, and can sustain through long term projects with focus. They need to have the ability to regulate other people and regulate themselves. This becomes important as they will be working with other teams, helping them bring order to their business systems, guiding them to stay accountable to their goals, and must be able to self-regulate and stay grounded. In summary we are looking for someone who has experience being a leader, is highly resourceful, and is great at solving problems and creating systems that bring sustainable solutions. They must WANT to take Ownership in projects, feel comfortable being a leader, and will keep our team, and the teams we work with, focused and on task. Because we work with small businesses, $750k-$5 million in annual revenue range, they must be skilled in various small areas of a business. This means you will be in charge of planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on projects in all areas of a small business. You must be able to align projects with the business objectives, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate effectively in order to successfully complete projects.

Background Qualifications- Education and/or Experience:

  • 3 years of running your own business or 5 years years working with small businesses
  • Skilled at knowing every side of a small business & being comfortable wearing many hats at different times
  • Have an entrepreneurial mind-set, meaning you view things in a way that makes sense for the business and can easily prioritize projects that make the biggest positive impact on the business
  • Experienced using systems, designing workflows, automations, and being comfortable using CRM systems. Zoho is a huge plus
  • Comfortable with overseeing technical aspects of a project and working with our technical partners to design and architect systems
  • Maintain technical alignment with key stakeholders
  • Ensure all technical devices or platforms used by the team are in their top shape at all times
  • Manage the software development projects and facilitate sprint releases as needed.
  • Recommend upcoming software trends and strategies to be used in the projects.
  • Check the software projects periodically to ensure its performing well and provide updates
  • Possess strong knowledge of project management processes and bring order and structure

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
  • Coordinate with the internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage project performance using appropriate project management tools
  • Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
  • Create and maintain documentation of each project
  • Define project goals, plan and develop the project idea
  • Knowledgeable in the industries of projects. Studying and evaluating their competitors and alternatives
  • Stay up to date with with the latest trends and thoroughly understand the industries you are working with

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:

  • Range- Starting around $4,000 to $5,000 a month
  • Salary will increase quickly as new clients are retained and you grow with the company
  • Bonus and commission- revenue share offered.
