About the Position

plus más media is seeking a highly creative and driven Digital Media Associate, Creative Producer to help develop and test new entertainment and Latino culture shows designed to scale and reach millions across social platforms.

This role is focused on building culturally relevant, trend-forward content for Gen Z and Millennial Latinos in the U.S. The ideal candidate has a strong background in short-form content creation and understands how to bring ideas to life across pre-production, production, and post-production. They are comfortable contributing to concept development, shaping show formats, supporting production execution, and refining content for performance.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes internet culture. A creative thinker who spots trends early, understands what resonates with Latino audiences, and can help translate big ideas into scalable digital shows. This person is energized by experimentation, excited to test new formats, and motivated by the challenge of building entertainment franchises that can grow across platforms.

If you are a creative powerhouse who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and wants to help shape the future of Latino entertainment media, we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s what you could expect to do as Digital Media Associate, Creative Producer (key responsibilities):

  • Develop and launch new entertainment and Latino culture show formats, testing pilot episodes and optimizing successful concepts for repeatable, scalable production.

  • Contribute to early-stage show branding, including supporting logo development, visual identity direction, and format positioning.

  • Support in-person productions, including travel as needed, coordinating schedules, scouting locations, preparing production materials, and managing on-site logistics.

  • Maintain production calendars and coordinate across hosts, crew, editors, and locations to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.

  • Assist with influencer outreach, communications, and relationship management to support show growth and strategic partnerships.

  • Contribute to live activations and event-based productions as the entertainment portfolio expands.

  • Experiment with emerging formats, platform trends, and creative approaches to identify scalable, high-performing concepts.

  • Collaborate closely with project management and editorial teams to maintain creative cohesion and brand consistency across platforms.

  • Track and analyze monthly performance metrics across social channels to inform optimization and strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For
  • Creative Producer Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital media roles such as Content Creator, Social Media Producer, Creative Strategist, or similar positions where you led or significantly shaped creative concepts. Experience in entertainment, Latino culture media, influencer ecosystems, or mission-driven storytelling is strongly preferred.

  • Bilingual Cultural Fluency: Native-level Spanish speaking and writing proficiency required, with strong English fluency. You can confidently develop, script, and shape culturally resonant content in both languages.

  • Entertainment & Culture Instinct: Deep understanding of Latino pop culture, internet culture, and Gen Z consumption behavior. You instinctively know what feels timely, culturally relevant, and platform-native.

  • On-Camera Presence & Talent Support: Available to appear on camera when strategically necessary, such as for show pilots, format testing, or backup support, while primarily focusing on directing and coaching hosts, guests, or influencers to deliver authentic and engaging performances.

  • Creative Agility & Testing Mindset: Comfortable launching pilots, experimenting with new formats, and iterating based on performance data. Energized by building scalable entertainment concepts rather than one-off videos.

  • Strategic & Data-Driven: Able to analyze performance metrics including retention, engagement, and growth trends to refine creative direction and guide show development decisions.

  • Collaborative & Solution-Focused: Strong communicator who can collaborate with editors, project managers, hosts, and leadership while maintaining creative clarity and momentum.

  • Growth Mindset: Open to evolving creative processes, learning new tools, and contributing to a scalable entertainment strategy for Latino audiences.

Benefits:

  • $48,000 - $60,000 salary range, with exact salary depending on experience and new staff rarely starting at the top of the range.

  • Flexibility for work and life: Unlike a lot of places, we actually believe that people should only work 40 hours each week, except for occasional sprints that require more time in a week. We also trust everyone to make a schedule that works for them, as long as you’re able to join all necessary meetings. Want to work more one day and less the next? Fine by us. Work better in the middle of the night than during the afternoon? Go for it. Need to shift your hours to be able to pick up your kid from school? All good.

  • Health care at the beginning of your employment with individual premiums fully covered and cost-share for dependents. Vision and dental plans are available at-cost to the individual.

  • 15 paid vacation days, 6 paid holidays, 3 paid floating holidays each year and 7.5 paid sick days each year

  • Professional development funds, with renewal of funds each fiscal year

  • Cell phone and internet reimbursement (or co-working reimbursement): We acknowledge that working from home requires using your own internet and phone for work purposes so we offer a set reimbursement amount for cell phone and internet usage. If working from home isn’t for you, we also have the option for folks to rent a co-working space and get reimbursed for their monthly costs.

  • Need-based educational loan assistance after 3 months

  • 401K contributions and matching program available at the beginning of your employment

  • Annual office closure during the last week in December

To apply, please upload your resume and 3 video samples (45 seconds or longer) that best showcase your creative producing and content creation skills.

We are especially interested in work where you contributed to concept development, format building, scripting, on-camera presence, or shaping the overall creative direction. Short-form content such as TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts is preferred.

For each sample, please briefly describe:

  • Your role in the project (concept, scripting, filming, editing, on-camera, etc.)

  • The platforms where it was published

  • Any performance results, if available
