Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Multimedia Creative (Photography and Videography) Intern to join our team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in content planning, photography, videography production, and post-production for brands under the Creative Hamlet portfolio. You’ll be immersed in the full creative process, from pre-production planning to visual storytelling through shooting and editing, gaining practical skills in crafting compelling multimedia content.This can be part of your internship program from your school curriculum, an internship you undertake during your semester break, a stint after graduation, or to transition to a different career pathway, etc. We are open to applicants from different backgrounds.

Work Arrangements:

  • 5x days a week, 8 hours a day.

  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Estimated 4x Days of On-Site Work, and 1x Day of Remote work per week.

  • Due to the nature of work involved, employees might be required to partake in shift work or work on the weekends. Off-days / Off-in-lieu days will be given for such occurrences.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing content for social media, digital platforms, and internal promotions.

  • Support photography shoots as a Junior Photographer or Assistant.

  • Support videography shoots as a Junior Videographer or Assistant.

  • Assist in creating 2D graphic content such as lower thirds, text-on-screen, watermarks, etc., for specific projects.

  • Perform or assist with photo editing and retouching.

  • Perform or assist with offline video editing, turning footage into high-quality content optimised for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, including both short- and long-form formats.

  • Perform or assist with online video editing, including colour correction, audio enhancement, and platform-specific optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Strong visual eye with a portfolio showcasing photography, videography, or content creation skills (please include a link or attach a PDF with your application).

  • Open to all backgrounds: ITE/Nitec students, Polytechnic students, University students, fresh grads, or anyone with relevant skills and passion is welcome to apply.

  • Graduates, or currently pursuing a Nitec, Diploma OR Bachelor's degree in the Arts, Media and/or Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong interest in storytelling, branding, and digital culture.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Basic to Intermediate skills in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut is a must.

Remuneration:

  • For Pre-University Students or Graduates (i.e., Polytechnic, ITE, Nitec, A Level): SGD 750 - 900.

  • For individuals currently pursuing a Bachelor's Programme or Post Bachelor's Degree Graduate (or equivalent): SGD 800 - 1050
