Job Description Job Description:- • At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design • At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting. • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery in which at least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing • At least 4 years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting Skills. • At least 3 years of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders • At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design; Solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts • At least 4 years of experience in tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace or CA Introscope along with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layers • At least 3 years working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution. • At least 3 years of experience of PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Ability to lead/handle a team up to 10 core engineers from local or remote place is expected. • Experience with Financial domain is preferred. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Analytical skills • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Qualifications Basic Qualifications :- • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience with IT.
