Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American advisory network and is seeking experienced HR and People & Culture professionals to support career and leadership development initiatives within a remote consulting environment.

This opportunity is suited to seasoned HR practitioners who bring expertise in talent strategy, stakeholder communication, and workforce development, and who are interested in applying those skills within a flexible professional consulting model.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate structured virtual discussions with professionals exploring career development and leadership growth
  • Apply HR and workforce strategy expertise to support career advisory conversations
  • Engage with qualified contacts through professional platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
  • Contribute to digital engagement initiatives aligned with professional development topics
  • Work independently while adhering to established operational systems and compliance standards

Professional Background

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or People & Culture leadership
  • Experience supporting employee development, coaching conversations, or workforce strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication capability
  • Comfortable working within remote collaboration platforms and digital systems
  • Self-managed with strong professional accountability

Engagement Model

  • Independent consulting role (not salaried employment)
  • Compensation aligned with measurable engagement outcomes
  • Flexible scheduling options (part-time or full-time availability)
  • Structured onboarding and access to professional education resources
