What You’ll Do:
You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. In This Role You’ll:
- Safely operate material handling equipment: electric pallet jacks - 2yrs Experience
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
- Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products
What You’ll Bring
- Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
• Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
• Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders
Schedule & Setting:
- Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
- Shift: Primarily a 5-day work week (Saturday-Wednesday)
- starting at 2:30pm -7:30pm
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
Pay
- Pay: $21.28
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
