Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team on a part-time basis. The role is focused on managing and controlling all documentation within the organization on Saturdays. As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring that company documents are well-organized, up-to-date, and accessible. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income with a flexible, part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain the companys document management system, ensuring documents are filed correctly and easily accessible.
Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Ensure all documents are appropriately indexed and archived in the system.
Coordinate with team members to gather, review, and update project documentation on a weekly basis.
Maintain version control of documents, ensuring the latest versions are always available.
Implement and enforce document management policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of technical and non-technical documents as needed.
Maintain records of document revisions and updates.
Respond to document retrieval requests from staff and management.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other company documentation.
