Tony Ray Tattoos is a growing kids’ temporary tattoo brand sold primarily through Shopify ecommerce. We are looking for a Part-Time Ecommerce Ads Manager & UGC Ad Editor to help assemble, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns using creator content and existing brand assets.

This role focuses on editing creator-generated content into high-performing ads, managing paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, and analyzing performance data to guide future creative testing.

You will work directly with the owner as well as the Business Coordinator and help manage Tony Ray’s paid advertising efforts using a lean, AI-supported marketing system.

This is a part-time role (10–15 hours per week).

What You'll Do: Edit UGC Into Ad Creatives and manage campaigns

Most of our advertising content comes from creators and influencer partners. Your role will be to turn this footage into ad-ready creative variations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Editing creator videos into short-form ads
  • Creating multiple variations from existing footage
  • Adding hooks, captions, overlays, and formatting for ads
  • Preparing videos for TikTok and Meta placements

Typical editing tools may include platforms such as CapCut or Canva.

Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns

Launch and oversee advertising campaigns across:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Uploading and organizing ad creatives
  • Launching new creative tests
  • Monitoring campaign performance
  • Adjusting budgets and scaling winning ads
  • Pausing underperforming creatives
  • Managing ongoing ad spend

Work With AI Optimization Tools

Tony Ray uses AI-supported tools to help monitor and optimize advertising performance.

You will work with platforms such as:

  • Triple Whale
  • Madgicx

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring performance dashboards
  • Reviewing AI optimization recommendations
  • Identifying opportunities to scale winning creatives
  • Helping improve campaign efficiency through testing and iteration

Experience working with AI-powered marketing tools is required.

Analyze Performance & Identify Creative Opportunities

Use advertising and ecommerce data to guide creative testing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing campaign metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)
  • Identifying which ad creatives are driving purchases
  • Recommending new creative variations based on performance data
  • Using data insights to help guide future ad concepts and testing

Lead the Weekly Revenue & Performance Review

Prepare and lead a short weekly performance meeting.

This includes:

  • Reviewing revenue vs goals
  • Reporting on advertising performance
  • Highlighting top-performing creatives
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Recommending next creative tests

This role will help ensure the team stays aligned around revenue performance and marketing efficiency.

Work With Creator Content

Tony Ray partners with an influencer agency, Cruva, which supplies creator-generated content.

Your role will be to:

  • Review incoming creator videos
  • Edit content into ad formats
  • Launch and test creator videos in paid campaigns

You will not be responsible for filming original content or managing organic social media accounts.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience with:

  • Editing short-form video for ads
  • Managing Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns
  • Analyzing ecommerce marketing metrics
  • Turning creator content into performance ads
  • Working with Shopify or ecommerce brands (preferred)

*This role requires daily use of ClickUp for task management, reporting, and collaboration, so applicants should already be comfortable working within structured project management systems.

Tony Ray operates with structured workflows and task tracking. Comfort working inside organized project management systems is essential.

Candidates must also have:

  • Experience working with AI marketing or analytics tools
  • Strong comfort with advertising data and performance dashboards
  • Ability to translate performance insights into new ad testing ideas

You should be:

Time Commitment

10–15 hours per week
