The Aloft Raleigh is looking for a reliable Part Time Breakfast Cook to provide excellent service to our guests.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare made-to-order menu with quality ingredients while practicing good hygiene techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience handling Turbo Chef equipment for a small menu consisting of 8-10 items.
  • You will be responsible for all prep, taking food orders, preparing food, delivering, and cleaning up.
  • Check kitchen supplies, and ensure food is stocked for breakfast the next day.
  • Wrap and label all food properly, and clean the kitchen and all work areas.
  • Assist with the catering prep for meeting groups and the bar.
  • Re-stock food market as-needed.

  Job Type: Part Time Morning Shift Position Available  

Requirements

  • Past cooking experience required.
  • The candidate should be well versed in Serv-safe guide lines and practices.
  • It is very important to be organized, self-motivated, prompt and dependable.
