Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Admin to provide on-site administrative support on a 2-month contract. This role is primarily office-based and focuses on handling physical mail, scanning and organizing documents, and supporting basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, physically present in the office, and able to handle routine administrative duties accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and manage incoming physical mail 
  • Scan and digitize documents accurately in accordance with internal filing standards
  • Organize and label scanned documents systematically
  • Place physical documents at designated collection areas for client pick-up
  • Maintain proper tracking and records of mail received and documents processed
  • Perform general administrative work as assigned, including ad-hoc office and clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documents are handled and stored correctly

Work Arrangement

  • Contract duration: 2 months
  • Work arrangement: On-site (Part-Time)
  • Attendance: Preferably at least 2 days per week (schedule to be arranged)

Requirements

  • Prior experience in administrative support or office operations
  • Comfortable with physical document handling and scanning
  • Fast, efficient, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic proficiency in scanners, Microsoft Office 

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience handling physical mail and document management
  • Familiarity with basic filing systems or document control processes
  • Prior office admin or support role experience

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy:

As this is a remote-based role, the company prefers candidates to use their own laptop. To ensure smooth performance across multiple tools and platforms, the device should be high-performance and capable of handling multitasking efficiently. A monthly BYOD allowance will be provided to support this arrangement.
