As an Outbound Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential high-value clients. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify and assess incoming leads, ensuring that only the most qualified prospects are passed on to our expert sales team. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand and articulate the unique value propositions of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-ticket products/services.
  • Schedule qualified leads for in-depth consultations with our experienced sales professionals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria.

Minimum KPIs daily:

  • 200 dials
  • 20 conversations
  • or 2 appointments booked
  • This is an min 8-hour workday expectation to hit the goal.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar setting or lead qualification role, preferably in high-ticket sales or a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex products/services and convey their value to potential clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
