Outbound Customer Service Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity to join the team on a full-time temporary basis with a strong possibility of going permanent.

Job Role:

  • Making outbound calls and sending emails to businesses to generate interest
  • Asking questions to understand needs and qualify leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Booking meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Keep CRM records up to date with all activity
  • Working with the team to improve lead generation and sales results


Skills and experience:

  • Previous outbound calling experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to diverse industries and client requirements
