We are seeking someone detail-oriented to support daily operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in order processing, ERP systems, and cross-functional coordination who is looking to grow their career in supply chain and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
- Review orders for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and shipping details
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance
- Track order status and communicate updates regarding shipments or delays
- Monitor inventory levels and help resolve shortages or discrepancies
- Support returns, credits, and order changes as needed
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
- Assist with reporting and operational documentation
Qualifications
