Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Configuration Management Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Config Snapshot to support tracking, comparison, migration, and governance of Oracle Fusion configurations across environments. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and will ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability throughout the configuration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the usage of Config Snapshot to document, compare, analyse, and migrate Oracle Fusion configurations across environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
  • Establish and maintain configuration baselines, including audit trails for all setup and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and release teams) to review and validate configuration updates.
  • Support project implementations by capturing, tracking, and governing all Fusion Cloud configuration activities.
  • Generate and interpret Config Snapshot reports to identify discrepancies, risks, or unauthorized changes.
  • Provide training, documentation, and best practices to stakeholders on Config Snapshot and configuration governance.
  • Ensure compliance with change management, audit policies, and SOX/ITGC requirements.
  • Coordinate with release managers to package, test, and deploy configuration bundles to target environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, or SCM) implementations or support.
  • Proven expertise in Config Snapshot for configuration tracking, comparison, and migration.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion ecosystem, including setup tasks, configuration lifecycle, environments, and security.
  • Experience in one or more Oracle Fusion modules: Financials, Procurement, HCM, or SCM.
  • Working knowledge of change control, release management, and audit compliance in cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, FBDI, and related Fusion tools.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification (ERP/HCM/SCM) is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and environment management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
