Role: Oracle ERP Financials Cloud Consultant Client: IBM / City of San Bernardino Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Rate: $90–$95/hr Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Financials Cloud Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Financial Cloud Applications for a public sector client. The consultant will bring strong functional expertise across core Oracle Finance modules and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution design, integration, and delivery. This role requires a hands-on functional consultant with proven experience in Oracle Financials Cloud implementations, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support Oracle ERP Financials Cloud implementations and post-go-live support • Configure and support core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and Taxes • Provide functional expertise across Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, and Revenue Management Cloud Service • Analyze business requirements and design Oracle Financial Cloud solutions aligned with public sector needs • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reporting • Conduct workshops, CRPs, UAT support, and end-user training • Ensure solutions meet compliance, audit, and public sector financial regulations • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and project leadership Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience with Oracle ERP / Financials implementations • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud • Expertise in: • General Ledger (GL) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Fixed Assets (FA) • Cash Management (CM) • Subledger Accounting (SLA) • Oracle Taxes • Experience with at least one of the following: • Accounting Hub • Lease Accounting • Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) • Strong functional, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities • Public Sector / Government finance experience preferred Apply tot his job
