Scout & Sign Top Talent: Own the full life cycle of recruitment—from kickoff to final offer—sourcing the best players for our operations team across manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment.
Be a Culture Coach: Deliver a winning candidate experience at every stage, repping the Fanatics brand and making us the employer of choice.
Strategize Like a Pro: Partner with hiring managers to develop game plans that align with business goals and operational demands.
