We are unable to sponsor at this time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced OneStream Planning Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide planning solutions using the OneStream platform. This role will be responsible for architecting robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, consolidation, and other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: • Solution Architecture & Design • Design end-to-end planning solutions using OneStream XF. • Define architecture standards, data models, and integration strategies with ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and other non-ERP systems. • Drive best practices in Cube Views, Extensible Dimensionality, and multi-dimensional modeling. • Implementation & Project Leadership • Lead OneStream implementation projects from blueprinting to go-live. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business units. • Translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutions. • Integration & Data Management • Ensure seamless integration with ERP, consolidation, and reporting systems. • Design and optimize data flows using OneStream data integration, staging, and transformation rules. • Manage master data and metadata to support planning and reporting consistency. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. • 9+ years of EPM experience with at least 3 years in OneStream application architecture/design. • Proven experience implementing OneStream Planning solutions in complex enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. • Expertise in advanced formulas, business rules, cube views, allocations, and predictive forecasting. • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and integration with OneStream. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment.
