We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Office Administrator to elevate the client and employee office experience.</p><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>Job Title: Office Administrator</strong></p><br/><p><strong>Location:</strong> Tottenham Court Road</p><br/><p><strong>Type:</strong> Fully office based with the possibility to WFH on Fridays</p><br/><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 8:30 - 17:00</p><br/><p><strong>Pay: </strong>£17.50 - £19.00 p/h / £34,000 - £36,000</p><br/><p>Start Date: ASAP</p><br/><p>Duration: 2 months temp to then go permanent </p><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Deliver a professional, welcoming experience for all visitors and staff, including meeting room hosting and refreshments.</li><br/><li>Maintain a tidy, well‑run office environment, managing meeting rooms, kitchen supplies and stationery.</li><br/><li>Coordinate room bookings, meeting set‑ups and basic AV/IT troubleshooting (with escalation support from IT).</li><br/><li>Liaise with suppliers and contractors for office repairs, equipment issues and mobile phone contracts.</li><br/><li>Support the operational team, EA's and PA's with diary coordination, filing, supplier liaison and occasional minute‑taking.</li><br/><li>Handle post, invoices, expense claims and general office administration.</li><br/><li>Assist HR and PR with people-related tasks such as coordinating headshots and internal initiatives.</li><br/></ul><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>Key Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software.</li><br/><li>Strong troubleshooting skills for IT and meeting room setups.</li><br/><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><br/><li>Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.</li><br/><li>Sociable and outgoing, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.</li><br/></ul><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong><br /> Occasionally, you may need to meet clients, run errands, or assist with events outside of core hours, with your working hours adjusted accordingly.</p><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br /> This is a fantastic opportunity for an efficient and passionate professional to take pride in maintaining an inviting office environment.
