Hours and Remuneration

The position of Office Administrator offers a salary based on experience and benefits include:

  • 28 days holiday (including statutory)
  • Pension (in line with auto-enrolment rising up to 4.1% employer contribution)
  • Working hours 9.00am to 5.30pm with half an hour for lunch.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team and enhance the efficiency of our sales operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless sales logistics, including the purchasing of engineering parts and other essential materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales logistics to support our sales team while managing purchasing activities with a keen eye for detail and accurate record-keeping. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero is highly advantageous. Additionally, you will work closely with both team members and clients, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to foster productive relationships. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
