<p>Lewis County Health System  is seeking a  Board-Certified OB/GYN  to help complete the rebuild of our Women’s Health Service in  Lowville, New York .</p>
<p>This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, hospital-employed practice and play a key role in shaping the future of women’s healthcare in a close-knit rural community.</p>
<p>We are looking for a physician who values  leadership, teamwork, and high-quality patient care , with a strong interest in surgical and procedural work.</p>
<h3>Practice Overview Join  2 Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians  with the need for one additional provider Supported by  1 outpatient Nurse Practitioner , allowing physicians to focus on surgical and procedural care Full-scope OB/GYN practice with active surgical volume Opportunity to help rebuild and grow a vital Women’s Health program Compensation & Incentives Very competitive base salary up to $628,000  (full-time) $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation bonus RVU productivity bonus paid quarterly 100% of wRVU value over MGMA 75th percentile benchmark Threshold:</h3>
