Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide responsive and professional support to meet customer needs. Core responsibilities include: • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email. • Assist with orders, refunds, returns, account settings, and product information. • Manage escalated issues with empathy and professionalism. • Leverage internal tools to investigate and resolve problems in real time. • Adhere to service standards and company guidelines. • Accurately document customer interactions in the system. • Work with managers and team leads to share feedback, track patterns, and improve processes.
