National Account Implementation Specialist

Imagine360 is seeking a National Account Implementation Specialist to join the team! This elevated role requires ensuring that all aspects of the new client onboarding process are completed successfully for our largestmost important National Account groups (i.e., 1,000+ EEs with complex product and vendor setups). This includes the completion of all internal documentation with applicable required data, determining how enrollment and eligibility information will be provided for new clients, and verifying and clarifying all information leading to preparation of new plan administration and benefits design. Close coordination with the assigned Relationship Manager on member education, client communication plans, and program analytics is critical to the success of this position. Communication with human resource professionals and broker partners must be frequent, skilled, and effective; National Accounts require a trusted advisor to provide them with consultative guidance throughout the onboarding process.

This position requires an "Executive Presence," which includes the following:

  • Demonstrate confidence through self-assurance and decisive action.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure or complex situations.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively across all formats and audiences.

  • Develop and maintain detailed onboarding timelines by identifying dependencies and ensuring timely execution. Ensure alignment and shared understanding across stakeholders; manage expectations as necessary. Maintain clear communication to support transparency and collaboration. Manage changes to scope and schedule with appropriate documentation and approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to implement all products and vendors sold. Often this requires working through various issues and challenges due to the complexity involved in a large, National Account-sized client.
  • Provide internal documentation of client's plan design/administrative plan to all internal parties. Clearly communicate any special requests or nuances to ensure that all teams understand and are prepared to support what the client has requested and has been approved to implement.

  • Coordinate with internal parties to confirm the correct loading of client benefits.
  • Coordinate with Plan Document Analyst for completion of Plan Document for new clients.
  • Coordinate with outside enrollment vendors and IT Department to communicate the information required to get enrollment transmitted to Imagine360 electronically for new clients.
  • Coordinate the setup of all external vendors that are being implemented by the clients. Work closely with the Vendor Management Team (VMT) for any new or complex vendor setups.
  • Periodic travel for meetings with brokers and/or clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with HIPAA/PHI guidelines.
